Shari’s passion for the healing arts evolved from her love of movement and dance as a child. This love of movement naturally evolved into a continuous exploration of the human body and spirit and their wellness. Following her passions led her to a life as a professional dancer and choreographer, bodyworker, Pilates instructor, and herbalist. With over 20 years of experience as a movement and bodywork professional, Shari offers heartfelt, meditative, body work journeys that are deeply relaxing and bring the body to a state of ease and grace. As a healer with the vitalist approach, Shari is passionate about helping her clients live healthy, beautiful lives.
